What's Joe up to?
There are millions of Joes out there, but just to spice things up a bit we've selected a random member of the public somewhere in the UK. All we need now is a caption - any volunteers?
Email your captions or comments to us and we'll publish them on the site. The best one received by March 30 will receive a fun mystery prize (editor's decision is final).
If you've got a picture you'd like to submit for the next month's competition then send it to us. Joe can be anyone, male or female, who is an ordinary member of the public (i.e. not a celebrity, not even Z-list!).
